The BEST place I've ever taken my car. These guys are honest, friendly, and always try to give the best options for cost-effective maintenance. Free Wi-Fi & coffee while you wait. TV, kid's toys, and a desk for working are all featured in the waiting area. They also have a shuttle but I think it's fairly limited compared to dealership shuttles. They are right on the bus line, though, so I've dropped my car in the morning and used the bus to get to work and back to pick up the car.
